Offensive subjects (elaborate): Considering Gabe's source material, sure. Please see the warnings below regarding what comes up in his canon.
Warnings: Gabe canonically died as a baby, so mentions of infant death may pop up. His canon also heavily involves mental illness, psychiatric care (including medication, therapy, and ECT), suicidal ideation and attempts, recreational drug use, and child neglect. I will not spring these topics on anyone, but if they are brought up, they are a major part of his canon.

Hugging this character: Sure, though he might be a little confused that someone can touch him.
Kissing this character: See the above. He probably wouldn't know what to do right away, but would definitely try to reciprocate given the situation.
Flirting with this character: Definitely.
Fighting with this character: Gabe isn't much of a fighter and would probably try to talk his way out of a situation. Also he's dead, so landing a punch may be difficult.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Gonna be real, he probably wouldn't be taking much damage as he's a ghost. If he's been AU'd to be alive, please only bruise him up a bit.
Killing this character: Lol, good fucking luck, he's already dead. If you want to exorcise him...let's talk this out in advance plz.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure. Anyone who would try would pick up on the fact that 1) something is off with him and 2) for all his bravado, he's kind of skittish and possessive.
